SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping within Canada is free with an order over $25, International shipping is a flat rate of $13.50 (CAD) per order. All Orders will be delivered using the service as detailed at the time of ordering. Dirty Druid Soap Co. has the right to fluctuate any prices in proportion with its costs for shipping but the cost of delivery will always be notified to you prior to completion of your order. The Customer must request any other delivery method at the time of order.

Return & Exchange Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at dirtydruidsoapco@hotmail.com with details of the product and an attached picture of the defect. Upon receipt of the picture of defective product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment. You will then be required to return the goods together with their original packaging to the Dirty Druid Soap Co. address.
